Time to time we has alert:
Subject: [RTMT-ALERT] DirectoryConnectionFailed
Directory connection failed .
Monitored precanned object has value of 0.
How we can resolve problem?
DC Directory with colocated CCM and IPCC Express

This alert means the CallManager have a problem accessing the directory.
Make sure the DNS is reachable
you may also check the Bug CSCsc85141.
