We have CRS 5.0 in an HA setup. At the end of the day when the reports were run on historical reports software, there was a big difference between "real time reporting" and the "CRA Historical reporting" in terms of total number of calls presented for the same times ( 8AM to 5PM). Does anyone know the reason why?
