Displaying calls waiting on a webpage

Hi,

Is it possible to connect an internal website to part of the Cisco Unified Contact Centre Enterprise system to display calls waiting?

If it is, whch part of the system do I need to connect my website to, and which table do I need to look at?

Yes, you can.

You need to write a program which can :

++ Query UCCE RealTime database(AW).

++ Display the data fetched from the Reak Time database.

You can refer to ICM Database schema.

You need to refer to tables like PeripheralRealTime, SkillGroupRealTime.
