Dear experts,
Is there a way of setting up a distinctive ring for contact centre calls?
So any direct calls to extension will ring differently that calls coming from contact centre.
Customer has UCM 6.0 and UCCE 7.2.
I don't believe this is possible however I'm happy if someone can say otherwise.
Your help is much appreciated.

One way to do this is to have two extensions on the phone, one is their primary extension, and one is used only for contact center calls. Then you can change the ring tone for each line. May not be a possibility in this situation, but I've done it a number of times before.
