Do_Not_Call table

Hi,

Outbound option is working fine and I can import do_not_call list and outbound campaign will not call numbers I import from do_not_call text file. Everything is working as it suppose to work. Problem is, I can't find do_not_call (or anything similar) table in the database, or on the server as matter of fact.

It should be on the LoggerA in instance_baA database, right?

D_Not_Call should be in the _baA DB on the loggerA. Check out http://www.cisco.com/application/pdf/en/us/guest/products/ps524/c1626/ccmigration_09186a00804d7436.pdf for more information.

As I said, there is no Do_Not_Call table in the _baA DB on the loggerA. Yet everything is working as normal and described in the pdf documentation. ???

Have you checked the dialer database? The DNC table might be there.

Where would that database be located and how it would be called?
