Within the script, does the xml file name appear correctly? The name should be exactly as the the file name. Also after uploading the xml file to the document repository, did you refresh the script, even better to reload. You may need to refresh the application as well, but doubt that will be needed.
The name appears correctly. It is specified thus: DOC[customer\animap.xml]. Weirdly, if I change the location or name of the file, the script will load that just fine. But once loaded, always loaded. I found that even restarting the node manager and even rebooting the server (there is only one uccx server) changes nothing.
