I have a customers already have Selectron and an Innovative Millennium Release 2007 IVR system and would like to integrate with the Cisco CCM7,I rearched a lot of document and cisco data sheet but couldn't find the answer,is there anybody know that?
They are two different devices which could potentially never talk to each other. Your IVR is used to terminate external PSTN calls and give them some type of treatment and your PBX is used to provide internal dial tone and connectivity to the PSTN. So, what kind of integration are you looking for?
