Does cisco has CRM and ready to customize?

Hi All;

Anyone has a view if Cisco has a CRM to be used with the call center and if they are ready to customize to suite the banking business requirements or the telecom business requirements?

Cisco does not have a CRM suite; however, they do have some prebuilt connectors for other products:

Cisco Unified CallConnector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Cisco Unified CallConnector for Salesforce.com

Calabrio and other Cisco Partners have developed connectors for other products as well.
