Does IPCC express premium version database functionality support getting info from odbc databases by calling stored procedures? The client does not want any custom sql queries having access, we are only allowed to use existing stored procedures.

Yes, there is a post back in March that outlines what you need to do. I am currently using stored procedures with a customer SQL DB and it works great. I did need to add custom tables that match the stored procedure output though.

Hi Mike,

I am trying to get Custom Reports using IPCCX Historical Reporting Tool (4.0). In CRS Historical Report Administrative Guide, it mentioned to create SQL Stored Procedure. My question is that is the Stored Procedure be created in the CRS Script, or in the server. If I have several customers to get the same type of custom report, do each of them need to create a Stored Procedure, or the Stored Procedure need only be created once, and each customer just need to get the data they need.

Thanks.
