don't start CAD after upgrade cucm from 8.5 to 8.6

Hi.

CAD don't start after upgrade cucm from 8.5 to 8.6. CAD work well before upgrade. After, when agents ccx start CAD they see warning window:

“Login failed due to a configuration error. 

Please ask your system administrator to associate your phone with the RM JTAPI Provider user ID according to the instructions in the Administrator Guide.”

Agents are associated with ip phone and RM ccx admin associated with jtapi phone line.

During troubleshooting that error, I over associated ip phones and CTI ports with RM ccx admin, restart services CTIManager. It was unhelpful.

Did you upgrade the JTAPI client on UCCX?  If not, log into UCCX and goto Subsytem > Cisco Unified CM Telephony > Cisco JTAPI Resync.  Warning: this requires a restart.

yes, i upgrade JTAPI on client with CAD (install new from cucm) and resync JTAPI & database on uccx

then i restart uccx & uccm

it didn't help
