You will need to contact Cisco GLO to get the license file, there is not a way I know of to extract the existing file and even if you did it would not be able to be re-uploaded as the stored file is not the same as the uploaded file.
If you need to use the file on a new UCCX or rebuild the current one get the License MAC of your current one and open a case with GLO (cisco.com/go/licensing) and they will rehost it for you.
