Dropped Calls to UCCX agents

Calls to agents are getting dropped. The MIVR log gives this as an explanation:

3995854: Aug 09 14:02:53.857 EDT %MIVR-SS_TEL-3-CONSULT_FAILED:Consult failed: All Call ids=CallID:3142 MediaId:5243/1 Task:38000006880,Extension=5045,Exception=com.cisco.jtapi.PlatformExceptionImpl: Could not meet post conditions of call.transfer(),Failure reason=transfer gets error CTIERR_UNSPECIFIED=0x0

Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

Have you checked if calls can be transfered from CTI Route Points to CTI Ports and agent extensions?

Check if your partitions/calling search spaces in CallManager allows all the above transfers.
