DTMF Failed after Call Forward

Hi all,

I am facing an issue: I do a forward all from 29123 to 33333 (RP_UCCX). When I call 33333 directely, I can make DTMF OK, when I call 29123 the DTMF is Not OK.

Any idea?

The first thought that comes to mind is either an MTP is getting invoked or the call is leaving the CUCM cluster and looping back.

What device are you calling from (e.g. IP phone on CUCM, MGCP gateway, IP phone on CME, etc) and what is the 29123 pattern? Walk us through the call path.

Hi Jonathan,

• The call is from gateway to a directory number 29123. The 29123 is forwarded to the RoutePoint 333333 wich is associated to the Trigger.
