During High Volume times aborted calls and agents get dead air 7.0(1)SR05_Build504

Was wondering if someone could help out with thie one.

During the last few days we have experienced Aborted calls with the reason "Trigger Failed" and agents started receiveing a bunch of calls where they would answer and could not hear anyone on the other end of the phone even though the call was connected.

Sounds like you might be hitting a well known defect in CUCM 7.1(3).
