e-mail trigger

Folks,

Could someone give me a good example or a sample script that shows how the e-mail trigger works? i have a need in which if the agents are not availble and the caller ends up going to voicemail, the IPCC should send out an e-mail trigger.

All you need to do is configure your email subsystem, and in the script add "Create eMail" and "Send eMail" steps found under eMail Contact folder in Script Editor.

thanks, I added the script into my script without erros and everthing seemed to be working except that i do not get e-mails??

Do i need to do something more to integrate the IPCC express box to exchange or something.
