E1(PRI) configuration in CISCO GATEWAY 5400 /genesys integration
First of all we need to configure a E1 PRI, and this is not a issue as this is just a new requirement from our customer, please find the same below.
Current Working Scenario: Customer reaches the IVR through MSC; after taking agent transfer from IVR, call is blindly transferred to Genesys ACD.
New Requirement: Customer will get IVR Treatment; takes agent transfer; after speaking with agent, agent transfers the call, back to IVR again from ACD via the E1 connected in Egress Gateway for Standalone IVR treatment to get feedback from customer.
