Each new user that try login in the first time receive the message "Id not found"

Hi Guys,

My Customer is having the following problem: When He create a new user (Supervisor or Agent) appear the message: "ID NOT FOUND". After the restart the service engine,  the user start work. This problem occur always that a new user is add. Any have Idea who solve this problem? The Customer is using version 8.0.2
