Easy TAPS question

I was getting an intermittent busy signal when i call the route point, when i would get through TAPS it worked fine

Now i am getting a busy tone on every call. I rebooted the uccx server to no avail. The uccx is 7.0(2) and UCM is the same. TIA. i hate busy signals :)

Is the TAPS service running the the CUCM Publisher?

Are the TAPS phones registered with the publisher? Make sure the default device pool only has the Publisher in its CM Group.

Can the TAPS CTI-Ports dial the TAPS phones. Can the phones dial the TAPS CTI-Ports? I.E. check the Calling Search Spaces of each.

Are the TAPS CTI-Ports and CTI-RP registered with the publisher?
