In the ICM Config tool, choose List Tools and then Expanded Call Variables List and create your variable. Name, type, num of chars if a string. Check space usage. Keep the name short - it takes up space. Don't follow the Cisco naming convention here - something short and sweet.
Go back to Script Editor, reload the configuration, then add a Set node. Choose the new variable and give it a value.
