Egain links in customer chat window

Where does one configure the links that are sent to the customer once the chat is over.  These show up on the customer chat window.

That would be on the Entry

That would be on the Entry Point properties in eGain Admin.

Unless you mean Quick Links which are configured on the Chat Queue, Media tab.
