Running EIM 4.2(5) We have two departments configured. I am trying to figure out where I can prevent agents from transfering activities from one department to another. I do not have sharing between departments enabled. I have looked at different roles/actions and see where you can disable agents from transfering activities to users, and routing queues but do not see an option to disable transfering to a department.
When this occurs I am seeing these activities pop up in the exception queue of the department they transfered to.
