Email Interaction Manager 4.3.1 - Configure Agent

Hello,

I am having issues configuring an agent to have access to the agent console.


I have configured my agent under a new group called, agents. Within that group, I have given the group the 'agent role'.

When I log in as my agent, it says I do not have access to the agent console.

Can anyone tell me  what step I may have missed?

Is this a stand-alone agent or an agent you have sucked over from ICM using the PG and selecting from the drop down?

I've never had the problem you have, but I only make integrated agents.

Hi Geoff,

Right now this is a stand-alone agent. I figured I would get this working first, then integrate after the fact.

Starting to wonder if I should just integrate now and try to get things to work!
