When I press at CRS(3.5) add new application I got

Error: 500

Location: /jsp/protected/AppSelect.jsp

Internal Servlet Error:

javax.servlet.ServletException: 10/2/7/140

at org.apache.jasper.runtime.PageContextImpl.handlePageException(PageContextImpl.java:459)

The full error in attached file.I think my problem with DC.Is it possible to rebuild the DC?

please help ASAP.

Try to do this:

Open directory Program Files > Cisco > Bin

Go to Admin Utility and double click

Select the first square i.e. your Server name

Click on Options > Set new password
