We have IPCC 6.0 in our environment currently. Right now, SOME agents are getting "Media Routing Domain cannot be found." when the chat agent tries to log in. With this message, can anyone give us direction as far as where to look to try and correct this error?
Any help is much appreciated!

This error can occur when the CCS ports are being blocked in the firewall configuration. Try allowing these ports and agents should be able to login.

I have a question regarding your response. Why is this happening intermittently then? The same agent will get this error one day, and the next day they will work fine.
