error:No device target label found

Hi

Couldnt identify the cause for this error ,any help would be much appreciated

1.I have Ucce 9.0 setup in my lab , after initail welcome prompt, I get error msg 'Your Call cannot be completed as dialled" i know this msg is frm CUCM.

2.Iam having very basic script with Significant Digit feature in CVP & Its IP originated call ,like Sip trunk from CUCM to CVP to make IP call

: start->SendToVRU-> Set Variable nodes(4)-> Run Xternal Script->Qto Skillgroup-Release.

3.I have labels in CVP configured under SIP tab as

8891919191 towards VXML g/w for ringtone

8892929292 towards VXML g/w for error prompt

882> towards  CUCM.

RTR log:

  Attempted to send call to agent cucmpim.TestAgent1 (ID 5002) on peripheral cucmpim (ID 5000) who has no device target. 

  Deleting Dialog.

Sorry , I missed to include vital info here.

I have also configured the agent  target rule defined for the agent extensions in ICM but still call does not hit agent phone ends with " call cannot be completed as dialled"

Hi Manjunath,

1. have you checked the CSS of the trunk / gateway, it should have the pt of the agent phone.

2. agent targeting rule, did you configure with required routing clinet?

Where are your calls originating?  UCM or the ingress GW?  Post your CVP log file and it will give me a better idea of what was sent to UCM.  The log is under c:/Cisco/CVP/Logs on the CVP server.  Also include the IP addresses of your Ingress/VXML gateway, CVP server, and your UCM server.

Hi ED

Thanks for the revert.

Call originates from CUCM via SIP trunk to CVP. [ie: Phone->CUCM->CVP->ICM]

PFA cvp logs , pim & rtr logs

CVP = 192.168.11.57

ICM= 192.168.11.27

Ingress/VXML = 192.168.11.244

CUCM= 192.168.11.50

Can you turn up the CVP logs, place another call and post the log again?  I'm not sure of your experience level, so disregard if you know how to turn up the logs already. 

  1. Log into the CVP Diagnostics Framework app
  2. Press the DEBUG/40 link
  3. Select Dynamicsoft from the drop down list
  4. Select the All checkbox
  5. Press the set button

PFA , CVP logs for test calls post enabling the Debug/40.

@ Shalid-  We are using vxml g/w for the prompts whihc is working fine with us .There is ingress funcationalty, as we are making IP orig call from cucm phone via SIP trunk to CVP.

Have verified the partition & CSS for phone & trunk , allset to default.

Can you confirm the IP address of your VXML gateway?  You state above that it is 192.168.11.244 but the logs show that the SIP invite is sent to 192.168.10.244.

Cause: Large numbers must be used as strings (enclosed in quotes) in ICM scripts used by Play Data Micro-applications.

Solution:  If you are using integers that are larger than nine digits, enclose the value in quotation

marks, so it will be treated as a string.

Also i could see error during execution of VXML APP

@ Villa .... it was typo , g/w ip is 10.244

@ Siva .... it is basic call trasfer to agent.... yes iam using run Xscript node for playing a content.

But @ this movement call transfer to agent is getting dropped

I think this issue was due to 'agent target rule' config

Fix: now fixed with modification of peripheral type to  cucm  & VRU as routing client

Please add Agent Targeting

Please add Agent Targeting rule for CVP Routing client, and select peripheral as CUCM on which agent resides.

 Why we  need to add CVP routing client in Agent Target rule .  ( If no CVP routing client calls are not transfer to Agent directly playing for hold Music ).

 

After adding CVP routing client call is answered by Agent ( Looking for concept ) referred SRND but no luck .

 

CUCM to CVP SIP trunk configured

CVP VRU label added in route pattern ( for testing purpose ) – sending to CVP route list

Static  route is available in CVO OAMP for Agent transfer ( Extension numbers )
