Hi.
I have a CCX 8.5 configured to record on demand. The system was working properly, but today stopped working recording system.
When I run the button to record, appear the error: "Problem with recording service".
I am using desktop monitoring for recording

Since it's not working anyways, I would restart the monitoring and recording services.

I restored the monitoring and recording services.
In Viewer Recorder Supervisor appear the recordings with its duration, but no sound on playback
