Does anyone have a rule of thumb regarding the costs to implement a Cisco IP solution in a 200 seat call center? If not, what was your cost per seat to implement? Thanks

200 is a important number between enterprise and express.
There is a huge difference between ipcc express, system ipcc and ICM enterprise. Per seat cost can be 3000-7000 per seat and it depends on what you are including like hardware, software etc.
here is a link for education/training but it varies from sector to sector.

please rate if it helps.

We would most likely be looking at system IPCC. Would you say that would be somewhere in the middle of the range? @$5000 per seat?

hi,
i believe there will be some limitations of the system ipcc. make sure you check that you're not hampered with system ipcc's limitation.
with 200 seats, you can go either way. it really depends the type of features that you need.
for examples:
- if cost is your number one factor, the uccx is the way to go.
- if redundancy is your concern then ucce is your solution.
