export data in CCX 8.x

Currently running CCX 7.

We have jobs setup to export all the crs data to an off-site sql box that we leverage for custom reporting.

Is there a way to do this given the operating system has changed from ver 7 to 8?

If a little direction could be provided that would be most appreciated.

There is no supported method for doing this. You can connect through ODBC to the database using the uccxhruser account and fetch data through queries but Cisco won't support you. There is no batch export option similar to DTS jobs. Yes, I agree it sucks.
