Export file in Webview report IPCC enterprise 7.2

Hi all,

when I exported the report in Webview report into CSV or Exel format, It was ok. I opened the report file (.CSV; Exel), it didn't have any call data. The error message in this file:

The following error occurred: 1 - <font face='Verdana,Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif' size='-1'>java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\icm\web\webview\reporting\pub\html\render\WebViewExportData\ExpRep-865756962.csv (The system cannot find the path specified)<p>Please press the back button</p></font>

Any ideas for me?

I had the exact same problem. I actually had to browse to C:\icm\web\webview\reporting\pub\html\render\ and then create a folder named WebViewExportData. Once I created the missing directory the exports began working correctly. Hope this helps.
