First off, is it possible to make an agent available to be assigned to more than one team in the desktop administrator?
Second, we have a user that wants to have the cad display what agents are logged into a CSQ - now, if this is a single CSQ and a single team, no problem. In this case, the user wants detailed granularity to see what agents are logged into the queue which with multiple csqs would only be possible if the agent could be assigned to multiple teams and each team has their own dedicated CSQ. Using the current desktop admin methods, I can see creating teams with the supervisors and lump in all the agents/csqs which will provide some granularity but then the supervisors are seeing more agents than they need to especially if they are not in charge of all the csqs that make up the team. So are there any customization tricks to approaching this?
