Extension Mobility - Host not found

Hi,

We have CCM4.1(3)(1 Pub + 1Sub) on which Extension Mobility is configured.

All users use extension mobility to login to the phone.

Problem - When some of the users(15 of 700) are pressing the service button on the IP phone(to login through Ext Mob),they are getting "Host Not Found" Error.All the problematic phones are registered to the subscriber as primary.

But if configure these phones with Publisher as Primary,EM works fine without the error.

I have changed all the hostname to IP address in the Enterprise Parameters on Pub & Sub & also made below changes in DC Directory-

(cisco.com > CCN > systemProfiles>Hoteling Profile>URL)

Also tried giving a static IP to the phone.

What could be the problem??

It looks liek your Tomcat services are ruunign on Publisher. Whne you set up the EM service which server is it pointing.
