Failed to update central controller

Hi,

I have 2 Progger Machine  (Progger Sida A and Progger Side B) and AW/HDS on saparate Machine.

(ICM Version 7.5 and SQL version -2005)

I am unable to make any changes in ICM, When I open Configuration Manager in AW, and try to add or edit user, it gives me an error " unable to update the central controller", I check the UPDATEAW Process, this process is attempting to connect to central controller SideA- IP Address.

When I try to initialize local databse, it gives me an error "PIPE Ended", When I open Router Log Viewer, it was not connected.

(Ideally, If AW is not able to connect to Side A then it should try to connect to Side B Central controller,)

Please help.

Thanks,

Manish

Re: Failed to update central controller

Hi,

Please check on MDS process of Progger Site A or B if there are any processes continue restarting.

If yes, reinstall and make sure all configurations are ok and all configure with hostname are pingable.
