Finding number of licenses in ICM

Where can I find out how many licenses i have for my ICM environment. I have searched on my AW central controllers and PG but have not found anything.

Agent licenses for ICM (if you have CTIos) are not a "hard" license. Its the honor system. You need to work with your Cisco partner to determine how many licenses were purchased.

If you have CAD, this is hard license. Do you have CAD or CTIos?

I have CTIOS.

Cool. then yeah, you aren't going to find a license file anywhere. You need to find out how many you purchased from your cisco partner or cisco account team.
