Finesse 11.6 Call variable layout

Hi

As per documentation we can use different call variable layout for different teams. I have created a layout in finesse administration and in the script defined ECC variable and assigned the layout.

But whenever the call is received Finesse displays default layout not the team's layout.

Need help if there anything else to be changed?

First - make sure the layout name matches on both 'Finesse' and 'Set Variable' node in Script (no extra spaces etc)

Second - Check the 'length' of that ECC variable, should be long enough to hold the name you are trying to pass

Thanks Piyush , name and length are same. It worked after re-login to Finesse.
