Finesse CFAdmin - Cannot Add or Modify Reason Codes - All Greyed Out

Hello Members,

This is regarding a PCCE environment version 12.0

We are facing an issue with Finesse CFAdmin where we're not able to add, delete or modify reason codes, all buttons are greyed out as you can see in the below screenshot.

Anyone can advise?

Add/Edit/Delete in SPOG

Hello Omar,

Thank you for your support. Please note that we still can't see the list of existing wrapup codes on SPOG in order to update them or delete the ones that are no longer needed, we can only create a new code and select ""wrapup code". 

Only the not ready and logout reason codes are shown.

Any hints?

Buttons are greyed out because in PCCE , this is controlled through SPOG as mentioned earlier. 

As for the codes not visible in SPOG, it looks like DB sync issue. Do you see any warnings or errors during SPOG login?
