Finesse Co-Residency - VMware

As far as I can make out - Cisco Finesse is lacking details on Virtual Machine co-residency.

i.e. its not included in as a Tier 1, 2 or 3 Contact Centre Product in the below URL

Can anyone confirm if you virtualise Finesse what its Virtual Machine can be co-resident with?

Whats the coresideny support model for Cisco Finesse?

Can you have any 3rd party applications sharing the same ESXi server as long as you do not over commit?

Or can you ONLY have finesse Virtual Machine on the ESXi server and no otehr VMware machines (silly - but possible!)...

Cisco UCS Hardware—Cisco Finesse supports a specifications-based virtualization model.

You can use any hardware platform you like (from any vendor) as long as  it supports the specifications required for the VM and the OVA  template.

Also, you can run any other application(s) you like on that  same server.

You can only use servers from 3 vendors - Cisco UCS, HP and IBM. You can only use servers with Intel processors from the specified set listed.

At the moment, you cannot use servers with the new Xeon E5-2600 family (Sandy Bridge) - and that is what IBM are using in their new System x3500 M4 and the System x3650 M4, and what HP are using in the DL380 Gen 8 servers.

I don't know about IBM, but the Gen 8 HP servers are on the VMware list for 4.1 ESXi.

Cisco needs to complete their evaluations and get the E5-2600 family (those over some specified speed) on the list because customers will be wanting to use them for UC. Hope this doesn't take too long.
