Finesse IPPA "sign-in error ,If the Problem persists, contact your administrator"

Regarding bug CSCux84366, UCCX: Hostname or domain name change on UCCX causes FIPPA login to fail.

Can anyone solve this?

We Configured the Finesse IP

We Configured the Finesse IP phone agent service ,Finesse Desktop is working fine

When we select Finesse IPPA service ,Its asking to provide the Agent ID, Password, Extension

While submitting giving error "sign-in error ,If the Problem persists, contact your administrator"
