Finesse login issue

Hi,

I've been tryin to get the finesse up and running, but i'm getting the invalid user id/ password error when i try to login..i've entered valid parameters in the finesse admin page..and have also verified to user mapping of the awdb database in the sql server management studio.

Finesse login issue

Are you trying to login to the admin page or the agent side?  There is no correlation between the admin user page and the AW DB.

Can you login as your agent using CTIOS?

Am able to login using CTIOS toolkit but unable to login using Cisco Finesse. Am getting Invalid UID and Password.

At ICM config window, AgentID: 9010 and password: cisco. On Finesse Agent Desktop URL (https://ipaddress/desktop) entering ID:9010, password: cisco and extention: 2005 (Cisco IP Comm SCCP reg.) CIPC added under JTAPI user.

Agent 9010 assigned to skill, What am missing? Please guide David and other support members.

There seems issue in system. I enabled the trace n tried logged in on finesse agent desktop. Same issue. On ICM using Portico, m unable to download the logs.

Bt, m able to login finess webpage console with admin uid n pass. 

Can u suggest me else guide me the places that I need to check!

you can use dumplog utility

Thanks for revert. But, i did restart of finesse server.

Under Internet options, privacy, sites, added IP ADD and FQDN of finesse to allow. And it worked. I dont know wat was wrong.

Y m unable to download logs using portico even dat seems problem. I will find solution n revert u back.

Kishore, make sure you are trying to log in using the "agent id" and not the login/username

Hi Guys,

The issue is resolved now, it was a JTAPI issue..had actually installed a 32-bit client.

I'd installed a 32-bit jtapi plugin on window server 2008 r2 64bit

I uninstalled it and installed the 64-bit jtapi plugin and it started working

which version of ucce is that? coz, as per my knowledge, jtapi 32 bit was used in version 9... 64 bit was not supported

It is UCCE 9.0, i too remember reading that jtapi 32-bit is not supported in UCCE 9.
