force Agent go to ready after login

Hi All,

  Would it be possible to make Agent to go to Ready state directly once they log in to CAD rather than going to Non ready state?

If yes, please provide the steps for the same.

Unfortunately no, this has been asked quite a lot here in the past, and folks had some ideas. But in nutshel there is no setting to do this.

this is an enterprise parameter that you have to change.  check on your enterprise paramenter settings.  YOu can change it there.  But caution, it will change it for everyone in your cluster.
