Get Call Contact Info Issue

We have UCCX 7.0 with UCM 7.02. We have a specific number that gets routed to our main call center during the day but after hours they would like this number routed to it's own voicemail box. We've been unable to get this to work with UCCX.We have put a Get call contact info step which matches the number with the IF(CAlledNumber) = . If the condition is true we would like to send this call to voicemail for the number called. But if we put the vm pilot number in there it does not route to the specific mailbox of the number called. We even have a rule in UCM that says *xxxx routes to the voicemail box of the number dialed. Howevever UCCX does not like the * before the 4 digits. How can we accomplish this?

I've attached our a screenshot of the script. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi

You can work around the lack of * support by putting in another translation pattern using any old free DN like 1234.XXXX and discarding predot, then sending to the *XXXX pattern or some similar variation.

Alternately send the call out to a DN that is CFA'd (permanently) to voicemail. Then assign that DN as a second number on the phone to anyone who needs to manage that voicemail and they'll get notification of voicemail on that second line button.
