Get Digit Scripting

I keep getting, "Are you there" after entering 1 digit to select a menu item.  The dial any extension works, but if I only enter 1 digit, the input isn't accepted.

Option 1:

you can edit/re-record the prompt to ask user to press # after the user is done pressing the extension or even single digit (1).

# is the default terminating digit for get digit string.

Option 2:

Else you can get rid of the message "are you still there" by replacing it with a blank prompt.

This can be achieved by enabling "User Prompts override System Prompts " from system paramters.

post that you will need to upload files in the following path in prompt repository

en_US/SNU/still_there.wav

en_US/UserDialog/still_there.wav

Where en_US is the language folder.

NOTE:still_there.wav here is blank wav file.

Change of system parameter has to be manually done on both nodes.

Engine restart is needed, on both nodes incase of HA

Else you can tweak the settings as per this forum
