I am using CCX 5.01 and am using the get reporting statistic step. When I set the properties for an agent resource and ask for the state the call returns the correct state of the agent, ie ready, not ready, talking. However when I then use the get reporting statistic step to ask for the duration in the same state for the same agent the result is always 35. No matter how long the agent has been in their current state.
Has anyone come across this? I tried opening a TAC case and the engineer said it was beyond the tac scope to handle custom scripting.
