Getting "the server has encountered a network error" in Event viewer

On the Primary IPCC server, I'm the following error in event viewer approximately 4 times a day:

"the server has encountered a network error"

There are no such errors on the secondary. Both are running IPCC Express Enhanced 4.0(4)

I also noticed in Desktop Administrator, CallManager A points to an invalid IP. CallManager B is fine. I'm suspecting this might be the root cause.

Since Desktop Administrator is read-only, how would I go about changing CallManager A's IP address?

I fixed the CCM settings by running postinstall.exe
