Give user ability to record prompts

Is there a way to give a supervisor the ability to record prompts without the need for a CCX admin? We have a new supervisor in our call center and she says that in her previous job, she was able to dial a number on her phone and use unity to record prompts for the call center prompts that were configured in the application/script. I asked if she was referring to VM prompts and she said no, this was a service that was setup so she could re-record the main greeting prompts to a script if she needed to. And she didn't have to go through a CCX admin to do so. This sound familiar to anyone?

Hi Justin,

yes , you can definetly record prompts by dialing into a number without login into admin page of UCCX.

basically you have to use CCX script to do that for you.

then you can create an application , assign a trigger and assign the record prompts script on it and supervisors can record the prompt by calling in , and then you can save them on UCCX once they are recorded.

btw , whats the UCCX version are you running ?
