Give Users ability to opt out to Voice Mail while in queue
While users are in a queue they will eventually hear a message stating that they can press "1" to leave a voice message. Once the message times out users are no longer able to press 1 (since the menu object has timed out). What can I do in the script to allow users to press "1" at anytime while in the queue to be directed to voice mail?
