Going from Reserved to Not Ready

Hello,

i have IPCC co-resident with CCM, the problem(I'm not sure)is when the call center receives the call the agent get stuck in reserved for 30 seconds before going to not read.

is it normal or not ?

were you able to pickup call at all? is it happening to all calls and all call trees or just one? which one?

IPCC Express? IPCC Hosted / Enterprise?

Check the device pool for the cti ports and also for the device answering the call.

Can you call directly to the device thats used to pick up the call. Is the device associated with rm user (IPCC Express) or with the JTAPI user (IPCC Hosted) and is it also configured in COnfiguration manager in ICM?
