Gurus Daily work/Administration of IPCC Enterprise/Express

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering of what does a Daily work as an Administrator of IPCC Enterprise(ICM+IVR,..etc)/Express consist of ... What do you check first? do you check your Backups? what logs do you analyze? what would you like to improve in IPCC? How much Cisco Documentation do you use to resolve a problem?
