Have a problem

i enabled the multilevel administration on call manager 4.1 ,without installing the MLA program,then i can't access the call manager with the old account ,what can i do now?

On CCM 4.1 you don't need to install MLA, all you have to do is enable it. After you enable it the administrator account is "ccmadministrator" and the old password. Give it a try!
