I'm having some scripting trouble...I'm trying to configure the script to calculate the expected wait time for the customers in the queue and play a prompt. The main problem is I can't seem to get the "create generated prompt" to work and play the number of minutes.
Thanks for the links. The deployment is IPCC V7.1 and CVP, not IPCC Express. I'm told by the systems integrators that the round up to minutes needs a Java programming change from the out-of-the-box functionality. Can you estimate the man-hours for such a change?
