Hidding/Masking Dialed Number in Outbound Dialer feature

Hi all,

I  have a customer that want to enable Outbound Dialer in their PCCE with following requirement:

  • Phone numbers hidden or masked, the agent should not see the phone number only the name in Performer. Agent should not be able to see the phone number on the softphone/hardphone.

As per my experience, by default the phone number dialed will be seen in the Finesse and IP Phone.

Is the requirement above can be achieved using PCCE?
